Shipping & Delivery

Caroline Hill ships all orders via UPS or USPS shipping.  Online orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges start at $14 but vary depending on the size and shipping address of your order.

Returns & Replacements

  1. All claims must be made within 10 days.  Claims must be emailed to info@carolinehillwholesale.com.
  2. Customers can choose for a claimed item to be replaced, if replacement is available, or a credit on file.
  3. Items are eligible for replacement if:
    1. Item is defective upon arrival.
    2. Item breaks on the store floor within 7 business days of receiving merchandise.
  4. No returns will be accepted without seller’s authorization.
  5. If goods are approved for return, the purchaser will receive a credit on file. The credit will be applied to your next order. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
